The line selects berries by colour and shape at 4 t per hour. Standard lot preparation has been reduced from twelve to ten days.
The second line runs in parallel with the first: raw material from the drying complexes goes to calibration, then passes through optical selection and metal detection. The share of manual finishing has been reduced by almost half, and the size variation within a lot has dropped noticeably.
By the end of the season we plan to transfer all dark raisins — Soyagi and Kishmish — to the new line. Light varieties will remain on the first line, where a gentler selection mode is configured.
